The Belmont project was a design and construct build of a new office and warehouse space. The team demolished the existing property and constructed a 500sqm office and 1,000sqm mezzanine warehouse. The project also included the refurbishment of a 1000sqm existing warehouse. The completion time was 10 months to a certificate of completion.
