RAC WA needed to relocate two existing call centres into a purpose-built facility to be able to continue to provide their current level of service to the public. Metrowest constructed a new computer room which included the upgrade of air conditioning systems, stand-by generation and UPS systems, and the refurbishment of the interior. All services were upgraded to be in line with today’s digitally-driven communications requirements. The work achieved practical completion in time with a very tight schedule that saw no interruption to service provided to the clients.
