This build was constructed to a critical tolerance of 3mm to enable wind speeds up to 270km/h, and integrated the assembly and installation of more than 5,000 client-supplied components. The project consisted of a basement plenum plus Ground and 4 floors. The design and construction was accomplished in a compressed period of only 34 weeks exclusive of inclement weather delays, achieving an accelerated completion which allowed the client to open for business prior to Christmas.
