The Malaga Data Centre is one of Australia’s leading data centre facilities. Metrowest completed the design, construct and fitout of the two-story, 8000sqm facility, which incorporates cutting edge design and technology. The project required a very unusual dual high voltage power supply, which was coupled with five leading-edge diesel rotary UPS units. A high energy efficiency design, together with continuous power capability, computerised building controls, ASIO rated security systems, and other unique features, ensured this build complied with the rigorous International Data Centre Standard TIA942.
