This data centre was a specialised building designed to meet the stringent requirements of the US-based Uptime Institute Tier 3 Rating. It is the first in Western Australia to receive certification by the Uptime Institute for both design and construction. Metrowest were able to achieve occupancy for the 11,250sqm building within 12 months of commencement.

The Belmont project was a design and construct build of a new office and warehouse space. The team demolished the existing property and constructed a 500sqm office and 1,000sqm mezzanine warehouse.
