Metrowest assisted BaptistCare to cost-effectively design and construct a four-rink lawn bowling green for their Riverside Residential Home in Salter Point. The project included converting a partially covered basement car park and ground floor slab, working within a compressed program to handover the completed project ready for the Community 2016 Christmas Party.

This data centre was a specialised building designed to meet the stringent requirements of the US-based Uptime Institute Tier 3 Rating.
